Dengie Fresh Bed is a chopped straw bedding with added pine oil for its natural anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, ideal for use in hen/chicken houses as well as other poultry, such as ducks, pheasants, geese and turkeys.

Product Description

Dengie Fresh Bed has been developed with the British Hen Welfare Trust and is designed to keep chickens warm and cosy. It is a chopped straw bedding that includes pine oil, which is well-known for its natural anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.

It is ideal for use in chicken/hen houses as well as for other poultry, including ducks, pheasants, geese and turkeys. Dengie Fresh Bed is dust extracted to help protect poultry from respiratory issues and creates a fluffy, soft bedding that also smells of pine.
