Spillers Speedy Mash Fibre, part of Spillers range of soft, short chopped fibre blends which are ideal for extending eating time, is a fast-soaking fibre blend for all horses and ponies, particularly those prone to laminitis. Being cereal and molasses free, as well as low in starch and sugar, it is ideal for good doers and those in light work.

Added prebiotic FOS and probiotic live yeast support optimum digestive health while quality protein, which is important in providing a balanced diet for horses and ponies on a calorie-controlled diet, helps to maintain muscle tone and topline development.

Speedy Mash Fibre includes a full range of vitamins and minerals, like chelated zinc and copper, to aid gut absorption and, once soaked, is suitable for senior horses and ponies with poor teeth as well as those that struggle to chew long fibres.

To make, add 1.5 times the volume of warm water for the optimum soaking time to the required amount of Speedy Mash Fibre in a bucket. Leave for 60 seconds or until the water has been fully absorbed. Always check the consistency is suitable for your horse or pony before feeding.
