Strawmax straw pellets are made using the highest quality chopped straw that is dust extracted to significantly reduce respiratory issues, then formulated into pellets that will crumble easily to create a soft bedding for horses and ponies.
Highly absorbent, easy to use and suppresses odours, Strawmax straw pellets are manufactured from a UK sustainable source. Its low moisture content prevents horse’s hooves from drying out, too. The pellets are designed to expand and fluff up for a deep bed that encourages horses and ponies to lie down as well as provide supporting cushioning for their hocks and joints.
Strawmax straw pellets are very low in waste, breaking down quickly and composts well into a nitrogen-rich manure, ideal for gardeners, smallholders and farmers.
