Micronised Linseed is a high fibre feed ideal for horses and ponies that are prone to laminitis as well as those in their older years to promote health and condition. The feed is very low in starch but high in slow released energy, making it suitable for horses and ponies in work. Containing a balance of Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, the mix of fibres boost nutrition absorption and gut flow.

Micronising the linseed gets rid of the anti-nutritive factors found in raw linseed, leaving a product that is both palatable and full of digestible protein. The linseed seeds are first cleaned then micronised to form flakes or a ground meal. Micronised Linseed is a popular health and conditioning feed that can fed on its own or as part of compound feeds.
